  1. Find the code under the QR code, for example PV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
  2. Send it as a message. Capital letters and dashes are optional.
  3. Read the reply, and open the full result link to compare the product image.

A match shows the record the code belongs to. It does not prove that the item is genuine or safe. If something looks wrong, report a concern.

PIVERS stores only a one-way hash of your number to stop misuse, never the number itself.
